If you have recently booked your event at Hartley Botanica, you have probably received the “Welcome E-Mail” detailing all your due dates for items leading up to your event. If it’s been a while since you booked, you might be wondering WHERE you saved said email. Well, don’t worry, it’s all in your Client Portal! After the “welcome email” you received another email detailing a user name and password for your Client Portal. If you need this info again, email Barbara@HartleyBotanica.com to request a new link. The Client Portal will help you plan your event by providing table layouts, the ability to upload your guest list and manage and track RSVPS, assign guests to tables, and keep track of meal requests and food allergies. You also have a Documents tab with all the Master Lists for catering menus, direction pdfs to include in your invites, information on obtaining your insurance, designing your brick for the walkway, and how we determine your child head count. Our preferred Vendor List has it’s own tab with all of our favorite fri-endors and their contact information. Email them right from the Portal! But wait… there’s more…. once the planning is complete, simply submit the final guest count and your Dream Team gets all the details. Easy-peasey planning here!
